Plymouth is a construction project-finance platform built from inside a real GC back office, not imagined from a slide deck. It runs the work that keeps a job funded and a sub paid.
On the operations side, Plymouth handles draw management, subcontractor compliance, lien waivers, COI tracking, retainage, budget waterfalls, and PM photo verification across two surfaces: an internal Draw Queue for the office and a mobile Sub Portal for the field. On the capital side, Plymouth Capital Fund advances subcontractor payments fast, underwriting each advance off the ERP's own draw and compliance data instead of a traditional credit pull.
